A new, online edition of the Reading and Language Intervention for Children with Down Syndrome (RLI) handbook is now available. RLI online includes a digital edition of the handbook, together with the assessment and record forms, and example teaching materials and videos needed to deliver the intervention.

The Reading and Language Intervention for Children with Down Syndrome (RLI) is a teaching programme designed to improve reading and language outcomes for children with Down syndrome. RLI was developed and evaluated in a controlled trial, published in 2012.

The intervention is supported by a detailed handbook, together with assessment and record forms, example teaching materials and videos. An online training course is also available.

Previously, we have supplied the assessment and record forms, example teaching materials and videos on a CD and DVDs accompanying the printed handbook. Together with the print publication of the fourth edition of the handbook, we have now launched an online edition.

The online edition is available through a subscription, with a choice of monthly or annual payment options and reduced rates for parents .

For clients who prefer a printed copy of the handbook, we now offer 12 months access to the online edition with the purchase of the print edition. This provides full access to the assessment and record forms, example materials and videos. We no longer include the resources and videos with the printed handbook on accompanying CD/DVDs.
