Help with DSE Client IDs

Your DSE Client ID is the account that you use to access DSE services. It includes the email address and password that you use to sign in, as well as your profile.

A DSE Client ID is required to access our subscription services, including RLI Online. In the future, more of our services will require a DSE Client Id for access.

You can register for a DSE Client ID for free.

We are in the process of moving all of our online services to the new DSE Client ID. At this time, some services still use other IDs, including the online store and the DSE Learning Centre. For now, you should continue to log into those sites with IDs registered for those sites.

Creating a DSE Client ID

You can register for a DSE Client ID for free.

You will need to provide a valid email address and password.

When you register, we will send an email to confirm your email address. To activate your ID you will need to follow the link provided in the email.

Updating your profile

You can update your profile by visiting account.dseclients.app and signing in.

Here you can update your personal details.

You can also choose to tell use about your relationships or roles, and your interests, in relation to young people with Down syndrome. This information helps us to better understand how to support you.

Keeping your DSE Client Id secure

You should keep your DSE Client Id password safe. Never give your password to anyone else. We will never ask you to provide your password.
