During the two day online event, researchers and practitioners will present over 30 papers on a wide range of topics including alternative and augmentative communication, teaching mathematics, early brain development and speech and language services provision.
Commenting on the 2022 forum programme, Professor Sue Buckley, OBE, said "We are delighted to again be bringing the Down Syndrome Research Forum to a wider group of interested researchers, professionals and parents by hosting it online. The forum offers a unique opportunity for researchers and professionals to communicate findings, discuss future plans, identify priorities and to forge collaborations."
The Down Syndrome Research Forum is a regular international event where researchers, students, practitioners, and families meet to discuss current research and practice, and learn from each other.
