Access RLI Online

RLI Online offers convenient access to the intervention handbook, videos, record keeping forms, and example teaching materials needed to deliver the Reading and Language Intervention for Children with Down Syndrome (RLI).

You can access the intervention handbook, videos, record keeping forms and example teaching materials at any time, via the RLI Online portal.

Accessing RLI Online

You can access the RLI Online portal at portal.readinglanguage.app.

Signing in

You should sign into RLI Online using your DSE Client ID. This should have already been associated with the subscription when you activated your user licence.

You will be asked to login if you browse the handbook, videos or resources and are not already signed in. Alternatively, you can sign in by following the Sign in link at the top right of the page.

You may have other IDs used to access DSE services - including the Learning Centre and our online store. To access RLI Online, you need to use your DSE Client ID. (We are working to unify the IDs used to access our online services.)

Viewing the handbook

To view the handbook, select the Handbook link in the navigation bar at the top of the page. You will be prompted to sign in if you are not already signed in. Follow the link to 'Table of contents' for the full contents or select a page from the left sidebar. On mobile, the sidebar is displayed by tapping expand icon at the top of the page.

Viewing and downloading resources

To access the record keeping forms and example teaching materials, follow the Resources link in the navigation bar. You will be prompted to sign in if you are not already signed in. Select the resource you wish to access and then follow the link provided to view or download. The resource reference numbers match those given in the handbook.

Viewing the videos

To view the video clips, follow the Videos link in the navigation bar. You will be prompted to sign in if you are not already signed in. Follow the link to video(s) you wish to view. The video reference numbers match those given in the handbook.
